CloudFlare CDN to activate WordPress account

To install Cloudflare, first need to sign up for Cloudflare and then add the website.


Cloudflare will scan the domain name for DNS details.


Next, you route the CNAME, A, and other records to route through the Cloudflare server by clicking the gray cloud.


Once completed, Cloudflare will ask about the package you want to take advantage of. For here, we will go with the FREE package.


Finally, Cloudflare will inform you which DNS you need to change to configure Cloudflare with the domain name.


The next step is to login to your domain registrar then edit your domain's DNS records and replace them with what Cloudflare has to offer.

Once you've edited your DNS records, click Continue and over time, you'll receive an email confirming the domain name that is using DNS Cloudflare, currently optimized. In the Cloudflare dashboard, the status will change to Active, so many options will be available in the top pane to configure various security-related security and performance tasks.

Add Encryption Certificate for Cloudflare
